Janice Finn

Janice Finn is an accomplished creative services manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and events sectors. Currently serving as Creative Services Manager at CSI DMC since March 2022, Janice has held several managerial roles, including National Sales Manager at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and Senior Sales Manager at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. A proven sales leader, Janice achieved notable results, including securing 98% of the target in the first quarter at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and being recognized as Top Booker multiple times. Janice previously worked at Sydell Group and Omni Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included managing large group inquiries, developing prospecting plans, and mentoring team members. Janice also completed an internship with I Do... Weddings!, gaining foundational experience in event design.
