Jason Watts

With over 24 years of service at CSI, Jason’s leadership has been a consistent driver of CSI’s success. Having experience working in multiple departments at CSI, including 7 years working in the field, Jason possesses a deep knowledge of the field and office combined which is foundational to executing his role.

As the Director of Training and Development, Jason is responsible to advance and build training systems that foster and maintain company culture and employee growth. As a liaison between the field and office, Jason leverages the latest technology to maximize communication and collaboration along with developing and facilitating ongoing training for all CSI employees via CSI’s online learning portal. Jason also manages CSI’s Cloud infrastructure and mobile technology to continually improve efficiencies and grow the business.
