Roxanne oversees the implementation of the organization’s leadership and development, Recruitment and Retention, Employee Relations, Workers Compensation, Human Resources standards; as well as diversity-related recognition, both internally and externally. Prior to her current role, Roxanne has held Human Resource roles within the non-profit, healthcare, hospitality and ambulatory care marketplace. Roxanne hails from New York City, where she attended Queens College and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Queens College. Her interests include providing charitable work in the community, singing opera, playing various instruments and spending time with family and friends.
