CSI Laboratories
Simone Dakare is a Cytogenetic Technologist at CSI Laboratories since September 2021. Prior to this role, Simone worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University, focusing on biocontrol of food-borne bacterial pathogens and food spoilage organisms, as well as myxobacterial predation against different species of bacteria. Simone also has experience as a Laboratory Technician at Gwinnett Technical College, where Simone handled lab demonstrations and experiments, operated scientific equipment, and disposed of hazardous waste materials. Additionally, Simone has worked as a Science Tutor, assisting students in improving academic achievement. Simone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biotechnology from Kennesaw State University.
