Patrick ten Hove is an accomplished software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently a co-owner of Industrial Problem Solvers B.V. and the owner of BradSoft, a software company focused on quality and customer satisfaction, Patrick has held various positions including C# Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer at several firms such as CSi Industries B.V., Cellro B.V., My Automation, and AWL Techniek. With a strong background in software development for industrial applications, Patrick has expertise in designing and developing solutions utilizing technologies such as WPF, EF6, and MVVM. Patrick's educational background includes a degree in Software Engineering from PBNA Arnhem and further studies at TSM Business School.

CSi palletising provides its customers with highly automated logistics and palletising systems for the manufacturing and distribution of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). CSi palletising serves its customers worldwide via sales offices in the USA, Mexico, France, Germany, UK and the Netherlands. The main production and assembly facilities are in Cluj Napoca, Romania, and in Raamsdonksveer, The Netherlands. Moreover CSi palletising has a application centre in Mexico and a service hub in the USA.
