Jay York has a strong background in sales and commercial operations. Jay is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at CSI Pharmacy, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations from January 2022 to January 2024, and the Director of Sales and Commercial Operations from September 2020 to January 2022.
Before joining CSI Pharmacy, Jay worked at Mylan Specialty as the National Sales Director from January 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading a specialty team and crafting sales force launch plans for new products. Jay also served as the Regional Sales Director, Southeast from July 2012 to December 2017, where they provided leadership strategy and direction to the sales team.
Jay's previous experience includes roles at Galderma as a Regional Sales Manager from April 2011 to July 2012, MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Director from October 2008 to July 2010, Adams Respiratory Therapeutics as a Regional Business Director from October 2004 to October 2008, and Novartis as a Senior Sales Representative from February 2001 to October 2004.
Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, developed strategic business plans, and exceeded sales goals.
Jay York attended Texas A&M University-Commerce from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.

Over the past few years, CSI Pharmacy has grown from a small, hometown pharmacy into a thriving nationwide specialty pharmacy with two physical locations and plans for more.
