Giovanni Rubino

Giovanni Rubino is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in personnel organization and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Personnel Organization & Digital Campus at CSI Piemonte since May 2014, Giovanni has successfully implemented a new organizational structure, enhanced productivity, and led initiatives such as performance evaluation systems, HR digitalization, and training improvements. Prior to this role, Giovanni held positions including Group HR Director at Compel Electronics and Gruppo Nymco, where strategic alignment and organizational processes were pivotal during mergers and acquisitions. Giovanni's educational background includes a CEGA in Business Management from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Bari.
