Zach Kilgore

Zach Kilgore is a Senior Project Manager at CSI Support & Development Services, where responsibilities include overseeing development projects focusing on rehabilitation in Michigan and green building initiatives. With extensive experience in securing funding through 9% and 4% LIHTC, HUD Section 202, and other sources, Zach plays a crucial role in the success of affordable senior housing projects. Previous roles at CSI include Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Financial Analyst, contributing to the financing and development of various projects. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Mayor's Office of the City of Detroit and leadership as a Field Manager for Working America, where Zach led canvassing efforts during the 2014 elections. Zach holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Wayne State University.
