Andres de Fuentes

Andres de Fuentes began their career in 2005 as a Project Engineer for Frost Protection Co. In 2009, they took on the role of Sales Engineer for the same company, where they were responsible for leading commercial activities in the region and coordinating sales activities with agents in the US, Australia, and New Zealand. In 2011, they moved to Xylem Inc. as a Sales Engineer. In 2012, they joined CSI Ingenieros as the Head of Industry & Construction Business Unit. In this role, they managed engineering and construction management operations for the Industrial sector and led a group of over 90 engineers, architects, and designers servicing over 40 medium and large scale projects in the Americas. Andres also acted as Construction Site Manager for a multimillion capital investment project implemented on an EPCM structure.

Andres de Fuentes completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios between 2015 and 2016. Andres also completed post graduate education in Applied Fluid Dynamics from Universidad de la República between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Industrial Mecánico from Universidad de la República between 2000 and 2005. Andres is currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
