Lisa Green is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in labor relations and HR operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Common Sail Investment Group since May 2018, Lisa oversees onboarding process improvements and provides strategic coaching to leadership on various HR policies and employee engagement strategies. Previous roles include Labor Relations Manager at Dart Container and Meijer, where Lisa collaborated with local HR teams and developed anti-union strategies. As Director of HR Operations at Hope Network Leadership Center, Lisa implemented centralized HR support services, and earlier positions included directing human resources for both Hope Network Behavioral Health Services and Hope Network Developmental and Community Services, focusing on service expansion and operational efficiency. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Oakland Community College.
