Samrat Ghosh

Samrat Ghosh is a postdoctoral researcher at Technische Universität Berlin focusing on the design and synthesis of innovative porous semiconducting nano-materials for sustainable catalysis and energy storage applications. Since April 2021, Samrat has also been a scientist at CSIR - Central Leather Research Institute. Previous roles include Humboldt Postdoctoral Researcher at Technical University of Berlin and Kyoto University, where investigations centered on charge dynamics of porous organic polymers and the development of new organic semiconductors for flexible electronics. Samrat holds a PhD in Chemistry with a specialization in Supramolecular and Materials Chemistry from CSIR-NIIST, along with a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Calcutta University.
