Christian Ruberg

Christian Ruberg is an experienced professional in the fields of automation, robotics, and workforce management. Currently serving as the CSIRO Future Digital Manufacturing Lead since August 2021 and as the Director of Robotics Australia Network at Lindfield Innovations, Christian Ruberg has a strong background in research and development, particularly in processing automation for the livestock industries during a decade-long tenure at Meat & Livestock Australia. Previous roles include General Manager at WorkBuddy Workforce Management Solutions, Principal Consultant at Ruberg Engineering and Consulting, Engineering Manager and Development Engineer at AWTA Ltd, and Technical Manager & Sales at Handelsons Pty Ltd. Christian Ruberg holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, an M.Eng in Contact Geometry (Robotics) from the University of Sydney, and a BE(hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
