Nadine Massih

Nadine A. Massih is the director of government contracts and compliance at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). In this role, Nadine reviews federal proposal terms and conditions to ensure that CSIS remains in compliance with all applicable federal contracting regulations. Prior to joining CSIS, Nadine was a partner and managing director heading RSM’s Government Contract Consulting Practice. Nadine has also held numerous CFO and VP of finance and accounting roles at various U.S. government contractors selling professional services and products. Over her 20-plus-year career, Nadine has been able to work with most federal agencies regarding pricing, cost accounting, and contracting matters. Nadine holds a BS in accounting, a CPA in Maryland, and a master’s certificate in government contracting from George Washington University.
