Preshana Simmons

Preshana Simmons has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, highlighted by a tenure at the Center for Strategic and International Studies as a Senior Payroll Administrator and previously as a Payroll Administrator and Human Resources Assistant. Preshana has also contributed to Year Up in various capacities, including Alumni Board Chair and Program Manager, where responsibilities included fostering corporate relationships, managing alumni engagement, and overseeing intern performance. Additional experience includes serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at NASA and a Cross Platform Technician at BET Networks, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both IT support and content management. Preshana is currently pursuing a Cyber Security degree at Prince George's Community College while holding a Cisco IT Essentials certificate from Northern Virginia Community College.
