Tom Montali

Tom Montali is an accomplished professional in business development with extensive experience in the IoT and energy sectors. As the Director of Business Development for IoT at CSL Group since April 2025, Tom leads a team focused on delivering connectivity solutions for critical applications. Prior to this role, Tom served at Honeywell from July 2019 to April 2025, where responsibilities included European Sales Excellence and Vertical Sales Director for the UK region. Tom's experience also encompasses a position as Head of Commercial Operations at E.ON and Business Development Director roles at E.ON Control Solutions and GSH. Tom's career began with positions in recruitment and business development at Monarch Recruitment, McCarthy Recruitment, and JCB.
