Bhavya Satra

Bhavya Satra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a Category Manager for Capex and MRO at CSL since May 2023, Bhavya previously held the position of Global Sourcing Manager at Eastman, focusing on MRO categories within Indirect Sourcing to drive cost savings and enhance supplier service levels. Bhavya also contributed to the establishment of category management processes and executed cost-saving initiatives at Eastman as One Eastman Transformation Leader. Past roles include project management internships at SAP and Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as a consulting position at Fox Management Consulting. Bhavya's career began with significant engineering and managerial roles at Reliance and P.L. Co. Bhavya holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
