Candice Nieves

Candice Nieves, ASQ CQA, currently serves as the Manager of CMO Quality at CSL since February 2025. Previously, Candice held the position of Senior Manager of Quality Systems at Aquestive Therapeutics and has extensive experience at CSL, where responsibilities included developing a globally harmonized change management process and managing quality operations across various manufacturing roles. Candice’s earlier career included positions as a Teller III at First Midwest Bank, where customer relations and compliance were key focus areas, and as a Law Clerk at National Indemnity, which involved legal research and data management. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University.
