Sally Damian

Sally Damian is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the CMO Quality Manager at Haleon since July 2022, Sally oversees quality for contract manufacturing sites in Egypt, UAE, Morocco, and Algeria, managing key quality systems including deviations, root cause analysis, change control, and corrective and preventive actions. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of CMO Quality Manager for the Middle East and Africa region at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare from April 2019 to July 2022. Sally's career at GSK spanned nearly a decade, with roles including Microbiology Section Head, Validation Section Head, Validation Coordinator, and Microbiology Analyst. Sally holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Ain Shams University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
