Ihab G Girgis

Ihab G Girgis is currently serving as the Executive Director - Global Program Lead at CSL Behring, focusing on the CSL112 (apolipoprotein A-I) Program since January 2022. Concurrently, Ihab holds the position of Affiliate Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University since 2015. Prior to this, Ihab was the Senior Director - Development Program Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2015 to January 2022, overseeing multiple drug development programs. Additionally, Ihab served as the Therapeutic Area Head of Immunology at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson from 2006 to 2015 and worked as a Faculty Member and Research Scientist at Princeton University from 2002 to 2006. Early in the career, Ihab was a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Lecturer at Cairo University from 1992 to 1995. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. and Master's in Engineering and Mathematical Modeling from Brown University, and an Executive Education LEAD Program from Columbia University in 2019.
