Jason Fletcher

Jason Fletcher is a seasoned professional in the field of process engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Process Engineering at CSL Behring since October 2009, Jason has held multiple key roles, including Associate Director and Engineering Lead, focusing on maintenance, reliability, and capital projects. Prior to CSL Behring, Jason managed manufacturing technical services at the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, supporting biofuel industry partnerships. Jason's early career includes significant contributions at Merck as a Research Biochemical Engineer and in various roles related to vaccine and biologics development. Jason began in engineering with a cooperative position at Intel Corporation, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a BioEngineering option from Cornell University.
