Jason Newman

Jason Newman is an experienced executive in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Head of Research and Development Quality at CSL since December 2007. Previously held positions at CSL include Executive Director of CMC for Recombinant and Gene Product Development and Senior Director of Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls for Recombinant R&D, where responsibilities included leading teams in late-stage recombinant portfolio development and ensuring compliance with regulatory submissions. Earlier career roles at SAFC Biosciences and AbbVie further established expertise in technical management and project leadership in the field. Jason Newman holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University at Buffalo and completed studies in Secondary Education at Buffalo State University.
