Karen Neave

Karen Neave is a highly experienced finance and risk management professional with over 25 years at CSL, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Karen is responsible for the development of the Global Risk Management strategy, emphasizing the integration of Strategic Risk within the Global Leadership team and alignment with the Board of Directors. Earlier career experience includes roles at O'Brien Glass Industries, where contributions included financial accounting and support in various capacities. Karen holds a CPA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University.
