Sarah McHenry, Esq. is an experienced legal professional specializing in data privacy and global clinical development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Data Privacy at CSL since May 2013, Sarah develops and maintains the Data Privacy program while advising on risk management and representing CSL’s interests with external stakeholders. Previously, Sarah held various roles at CSL, including Senior Counsel and Counsel in Global Clinical Development, where responsibilities included supporting clinical trials and creating efficient processes for legal support. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Global Agreements Specialist at Merck, overseeing oncology programs, and as a Business Operations Analyst at Morphotek, managing substantial clinical trial budgets. Sarah holds a JD from Widener University Schools of Law and a BA in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
