Tatiana Marin

Tatiana Marin is an accomplished project and change manager with extensive experience in leading major technology and digital transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the APAC PMO Lead and Senior Project Manager at CSL Behring, Tatiana successfully manages significant projects, including a SAP transformation and R&D Tech Strategy program. Previous roles include delivering IT and digital service management projects for the Australian Red Cross, overseeing a series of home renovation projects, and enhancing SAP capabilities at prominent organizations such as Schweppes Australia and Mondelēz International. Tatiana holds a Diploma of Business Marketing from Victorian Business College, a Bachelor of Economics & Business Management from Universidad Santo Tomás, and a Diploma of Financial Administration from the Institute of Municipal Administration in Colombia.
