Tom Plante possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Senior Manager of Production Support at CSL since September 2016, where leadership of a 24/7 support team ensures the success of campaigns in a fill finish facility. Previously, Tom managed key partnerships as a Key Account Manager for Contract Manufacturing, delivering millions of Influenza vaccine doses while maintaining quality standards and achieving KPI targets. In a prior role as Capital Project Manager, Tom led a cross-functional team in the successful delivery of a $100M+ Fill Finish Expansion facility. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at RoviSys, providing integrated software solutions for various industries, starting with an internship at GE Energy. Tom holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University.
