Jeffrey Owens

Jeffrey Owens is an accomplished HR and technology professional with extensive experience in human resources management, training, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of HRIS & Payroll at CSM Corporation since October 2022, Owens previously held multiple roles at Stinson LLP from September 2007 to September 2022, including Human Resources Manager, Work Product Support Manager, Technology Education Specialist, Records Analyst, and Records Specialist. Owens’ expertise encompasses the administration and evaluation of essential HR functions, departmental management, project management, and the delivery of technology training programs. Prior to this, Owens operated a chain of video rental superstores as President/Owner of Couch Potato Video and managed multiple retail locations as District Manager for Movie Gallery. Owens holds a B.A. in Psychology from Westminster College and graduated from Enid High School.
