Gina Martinez

Gina Martinez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Manager of Payroll and HRIS at Torani (R. Torre & Co.) since January 2024. Previously, Gina held the position of Director of Human Capital at ZOLA Electric from November 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR department for both US and international operations, partnering with the executive team to foster employee engagement and support business initiatives across multiple countries. Prior experience at ICU Eyewear, Inc. spanned over a decade, where Gina advanced from Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Manager, while also serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO. Gina began the professional journey at Maier Siebel Baber as Executive Assistant to the CFO and COO from December 2007 to November 2010. Educational qualifications include studies at UC Berkeley Extension from 2019 to 2021 and San José State University from 2021 to 2022.
