Stuart McKay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stuart began their career as a Demi Chef at Sheraton in 1992 and worked there until 1994. In 1995, McKay joined Hilton Worldwide, where they held various roles including Restaurant Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, Banquet Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie. In 2003, they transitioned to Graves World Hospitality as a Banquet Manager and worked there until 2009. Since 2009, McKay has been associated with CSM Corporation, initially as Director of Operations. Stuart later took on multiple roles as Task Force General Manager and was furloughed briefly in 2020. Currently, McKay holds the position of Director of Operations at CSM Corporation.
Stuart McKay has a Culinary Apprenticeship from the South Brisbane College of Tourism & Hospitality. In August 2015, they also obtained a certification as a TIPS Certified Trainer from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program).
