Brandon Pierce

Brandon Pierce is a seasoned construction and facilities management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Brandon holds the position of Construction Project Manager at CSM Group, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Brandon served as the Director of Facilities at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo from September 2023 to April 2024 and as the Director of Facility Services at Friendship Village Kalamazoo from August 2016 to September 2023. Brandon has also held various leadership positions in facilities management, including Director of Facilities at Regency at Waterford and Building Engineer at Canterbury on the Lake. Early in the career, Brandon accumulated experience in project management and sales in the HVAC industry. Brandon is an alumnus of Lansing Community College.
