Char Ligo

Char Ligo is an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in project management and facilities oversight. Currently employed at Flynn Group since September 2025, Char previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. from February 2024 to September 2025. Prior to that, Char managed 44 properties and 70 fleet vehicles at Early Learning Academies from November 2020 to February 2024, contributing to the mission of Pansophic Learning. As Principal of LEED Construction Management, LLC from June 2009 to March 2020, Char led a women-owned construction management consulting firm. Additional roles include Director of Facilities and Construction at Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, Director of Leasing and Real Estate at Aladdin's Eatery Systems, Inc., and Construction Manager positions at KeyBank and CubeSmart. Char began a career in project management at Progressive Insurance in the mid-1990s after completing education at Kent State University.
