Mikael Bengtsson

Mikael Bengtsson has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as Team Leader at CSN - Centrala studiestödsnämnden since February 2001. Roles held include Operations Technician, Application Specialist, and Systems Specialist, focusing on daily operations, user support, and the application of ITIL processes.
