Ken Punch has extensive experience in the field of IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Assistant Principal Operational Cybersecurity Manager at the Central Statistics Office (CSO) in Ireland since January 2000. Ken's career at CSO began as a Clerical Officer, advancing through various roles including Higher Executive Officer in the IT Infrastructure Division and Network Administrator. Responsibilities have included providing IT support, managing network infrastructures, and working on significant projects like the preparation for the Census of Agriculture in 2000. In addition to practical experience, Ken has a strong educational background, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor of Arts in IT Management, and multiple diplomas in related fields. Prior to joining CSO, Ken was an Office Supervisor and IT Administrator at Peregrine Manufacturing Ltd, where responsibilities included managing office operations and implementing IT networks.
