Martin Schwantzer

Martin Schwantzer has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Division Director (Head of Operations Division) at ČSOB Finančná skupina since July 2019. In this position, they oversee various departments such as Payment Services Back Office, Retail Back Office, and Retail Credits Back Office. Prior to this, from April 2016 to June 2019, they served as Department Director (Head of Contact center) at ČSOB Finančná skupina.

Before joining ČSOB Finančná skupina, Martin worked at Orange Slovakia, a.s. from 2005 to 2015. Martin held the role of a Member of the Supervisory Board from June 2012 to June 2015. Martin also served as a Customer Service Call Center L1 Senior leading from November 2013 to March 2015, and as a Customer Service Call Center L1 manager from April 2009 to October 2013.

Martin Schwantzer's early work experience includes a self-employed role from December 2000 to April 2005. Prior to that, they were a Programmer at VúB banka from July 1995 to September 2000.

Martin Schwantzer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bankový management from the Banking Institute College in Prague. Martin studied at the college from 2012 to 2015.
