Tomas Koraus

Tomas Koraus has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Tomas started their career in 2004 as a Relationship Manager at VUB bank, where they worked with large corporate clients until 2010. During this time, they also worked at Intesa Sanpaolo in the Internal Auditing division for foreign banks from 2006 to 2007. In 2010, they joined CSOB Slovakia, a part of the KBC banking group, as a Senior Relationship Manager for Large Corporate clients. Tomas later became a Teamleader at the Corporate Customers Division and held this role until 2016. Since 2017, Tomas has been working as the Head of Structured Finance at CSOB Financna skupina, overseeing CSOB Match´it and CSOB Advisory.

Tomas Koraus completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Economics, Bratislava from 2000 to 2005, earning an Ing. degree. Tomas then pursued a PhD. in Economics and Management at the Bratislava School of Law from 2006 to 2009. In 2010 to 2012, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Commercial Law at Ústav práva a právní vědy, o.p.s. Additionally, Tomas achieved a Bc degree from Universite de Paul Valery from 2002 to 2004.
