Jan Kolářík

Jan Kolářík is an experienced professional in business architecture, currently serving as the Team Leader of Group Business Architecture at CSOB since January 2011. In this role, Jan leads a team focused on key change activities related to distribution channels, client identity, and group integration. Previously, Jan held positions such as Senior Business Architect, where contributions included the implementation of a new digital identity for retail, and Business Architect, where Jan developed a loyalty program in collaboration with external suppliers. Jan's career began as an ICT Business Analyst and Business Analyst, with a strong foundation in Business Intelligence. Jan holds a PhD and an Ing. degree in System Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
