Jaroslav Bělka

Jaroslav Bělka is an experienced executive with a strong background in business and IT architecture transformation, currently serving as Executive Director of Business & IT Architecture Transformation and Chief Data and Analytics Officer at ČSOB since February 2019. Jaroslav has been instrumental in establishing a central group-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud Unit, overseeing critical operations such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and digital fraud monitoring. Prior to this, Jaroslav held leadership roles at ČSOB Asset Management, focusing on IT strategy, project management, and process optimization. With extensive experience in financial markets, project office governance, and international project management at Accenture, alongside a solid foundation in IT from early roles as an ERP Analyst and Developer, Jaroslav is a proven leader in driving innovation and transformation within organizations. Jaroslav holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Masaryk University Brno.
