Di Lv has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Research Intern at the Kurdish Human Rights Project. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant to the Region Director at BGI Europe. They then moved on to BGI-Europe in 2012, where they served as a Business Development Manager, promoting genomics research and applications worldwide. Finally, in 2015, they joined CSOFT International as a Life Science Business Development Manager, assisting companies in overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers.
Di Lv completed a Master's Degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Loughborough University from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Di Lv obtained a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Rights from the University of Aberdeen from 2005 to 2006.
