Ken Kelly serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at Aptar CSP Technologies since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ken held various leadership positions at SiO2 Materials Science, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer, and played a key role in addressing challenges in biotechnology and molecular diagnostics. Ken's experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at SiO2 Medical Products, where responsibilities encompassed developing and launching a medical molding division. Earlier in Ken's career, important roles included General Manager at Performance Plastics, Senior Producibility Engineer at Evenflo Company, and various engineering positions that set the foundation for extensive expertise in operational leadership and engineering management. Ken holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Plastics Engineering Technology from Shawnee State University.
