Laticia Taylor Smith, CQE, CQA, is a seasoned professional in quality management and engineering with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality for Film and Medical Device at Aptar CSP Technologies since April 2019, Laticia has also held academic roles as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Southern New Hampshire University since August 2015. Previous positions include Director of Strategic Program/Project Management - Quality at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices, Senior QA Project Manager at Abbott Diagnostics, and Plant QA Manager at Abbott Nutrition. Laticia has a strong track record in developing and managing quality programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigating supply chain risks.
