Mr. Chen was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company in 2016. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Norman Bethune University of Medical Science and a Master’s degree in Science from Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University.
