Andrew Lorenzini is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over 15 years in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Operations at CSR Limited since March 2021, Andrew's previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Otis Elevator Co. and People and Performance Business Partner at George Weston Foods. Andrew has also held significant national HR roles at organizations such as MAX Employment and Mission Providence, and began career in HR with roles at TNT and Randstad. With academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Honours and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, along with a Diploma in Business Management from TAFE NSW, Andrew is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their full potential in the workplace.
