Tom Knowlton

Tom Knowlton serves as the CEO of CSR Talent Group and has a diverse background in nonprofit leadership and corporate practice. As an Emeritus Board Member at NPower since 2022, Tom also contributes to several organizations, including serving on the board of Pax (now part of the Brady Center) and previously as the Executive Director of the Council on Economic Priorities. With experience as a Partner and Director of Corporate Practice at TCC Group, Tom's educational credentials include a BA in History from Trinity College-Hartford and studies at the Harvard Kennedy School from 1993 to 1994.
