Michael Santelli is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the security services, litigation support and records management industries. Michael has held several high-level positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer, CFO, and Vice President, across various organizations such as USIS, OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, and System High Corporation. Michael has been responsible for creating and executing business transformation strategies, corporate acquisition strategy, and leading the integration of two distinct USIS government business units to a single government contracting entity. Michael has also played a significant role in the sale of USIS to private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe, for $1.0B, the liquidation of the USIS ESOP, and recapitalization of the company. Michael Santelli currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Converged Security Solutions and is a member of the Board of Advisors at ITA International.
Michael Santelli earned their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 1998 and earned their MBA degree, where they focused on Finance and Strategy.
