Mike Adams has over 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Mike is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at CSS, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Wildflower Solutions from May 2019 to September 2022. Mike also held leadership positions in tech talent acquisition at Capital One from March 2021 to June 2022 and senior IT recruitment roles at the company from August 2012 to March 2014. Mike was Managing Partner at Rockhammer Talent Solutions from March 2014 to January 2019. Previously, they held various senior-level positions, including Senior Business Development Manager at Clovis and Division Director at Robert Half International and Korn/Ferry Futurestep.
Mike Adams attended Western University from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science.
