Steve Griffiths

Steve Griffiths has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in the field of fresh berries. Steve most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at CSS Farms, LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing all operating business segments, including farms and packing facilities. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Driscoll's, starting as a Nursery Coordinator and progressing to become the Vice President of Nursery for the Americas. In these roles, they provided leadership and management for the company's strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry nurseries. Before entering the agricultural industry, Steve worked as an Operations Manager at Meek's Lumber & Hardware.

Steve Griffiths obtained their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California State University, Chico from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Shasta College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a general education but did not earn a degree.
