Breanna Xiong

Breanna Xiong is a Marine GIS Analyst at CSS, supporting NOAA's National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science with marine spatial planning for offshore wind development and aquaculture across various U.S. regions. Previously, Breanna served as a Geographic Information System Assistant with the National Park Service, working on projects related to external energy and minerals in multiple Pacific West regions. Experience also includes a Geospatial Internship at SkyTruth, focusing on illegal oceanic oil pollution, and roles at UC Davis Center for Plant Diversity and California Center for Ecosystem and Climate Solutions, where Breanna applied GIS and R for environmental analysis. Breanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology with a minor in GIS from the University of California, Davis.
