Kathryn Rogers is a skilled Labour Relations Consultant at CSSEA since July 2022, where responsibilities include advising senior leadership on human resource and operational matters, conducting policy assessments, and representing employers in third-party hearings. Previous experience encompasses roles in employee relations at BC Public Service, operations management at RE/MAX Crest Realty, and compliance analysis at HSBC. Kathryn has also served as a speaker liaison and event planner for the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime, represented clients as a lawyer for Access Pro Bono Society of BC, and coordinated graduate research opportunities at The University of British Columbia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from BPP Law School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Simon Fraser University.

CSSEA
The Community Social Services Employers’ Association of BC (CSSEA) provides human resources, labour relations, collective bargaining, research and knowledge management services to over 200 member agencies and 82 associate agencies throughout British Columbia. Since 1994, CSSEA has been the accredited bargaining agent for the community social services sector, negotiating three sectoral collective agreements governing more than 18,000 unionized social services employees.
