Mounir Bouakline has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Chef de Partie at Bep since September 2021, while also holding the position of Cuisinier at Pictura and Chef de Restaurant at Omnicom since 2020. Mounir has a solid background in various culinary roles, including Cuisinier at Cssi France and OFMC, and has been with Newrest since July 2013. Previous experience includes significant roles at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and hôtel Saint-Tropez as Chef de Partie, and as Sous-Chef de Cuisine at hôtel roustique. Mounir holds a degree in culinary arts from Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou.
