Blaine Hegner

Blaine Hegner is a seasoned professional in the accounting and taxation field, currently serving as a Partner at CST Group, CPAs, PC since January 2021. Prior to this, Blaine held the position of Partner at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from November 2011 to January 2021 and was a Shareholder at Swart, Lalande & Associates, P.C. for over two decades. Blaine began an impactful career at the Internal Revenue Service, working as both a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division and an Internal Revenue Agent from January 1982 to October 1989. Educationally, Blaine attended George Mason University, where studies were completed at the Costello College of Business from 1979 to 1985.
