Tad Rodenbeck

Tad Rodenbeck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CST Industries, Inc. since 2021, Tad leads project delivery teams and engages in value engineering and design decisions. Previous roles include Management Consultant for independent contracting, where software solutions and process improvements were emphasized, and leadership positions such as President/VP of Operations at Workflo by beyondRelations, where significant cost reductions and on-time delivery rates were achieved. Tad has also held managerial roles in remodeling, operations at General Mills, and project management, contributing to successful project portfolios in excess of $65 million.
